The Way to God

Poetry Index

Only through your heart
You will find the way to God.
Only in the heart you can
Feel his love and compassion.
Only there you can discern
His subtle light and delight
And find his reflection in the
Purity of thought and truth.
Therefore, let your heart be
The source of a sacred river of
Love that may eventually join
The infinite ocean of love in him.
And you may find him in the Truths
Of existence, in the perfections of
His creation and in all things
That are noble and honey filled.
